1. All returns (refunds and exchanges) must be accompanied by the original receipt and may be returned to Cotê Hair.

2. All Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

3. If you believe there is a manufacturer’s defect in an item, please contact our Warranty Department.

4. Refer to manufacturer warranty for all defective merchandise.

5. All merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days for the original date of purchase, after which all sales are final.
